Strong demand for internal talent marketplaces

The traditional career path is increasingly dissolving in favor of individual professional development, which sometimes leads employees into a new field. More than 50% of staff find it easier to find a job externally rather than within the company according to Deloitte’s 2019 Human Capital Trends report.

Given the need to retain talent, it is time for companies to invest in internal talent marketplaces.
