The time is ripe for skill management
Especially in large companies, a central aspect of resource management is often lost: there is no longer an overview of what the employees are actually capable of.
Swisscom has responded to this challenge and launched the “SkillHUB” project. People-Analytix is making an important contribution to this initiative with its expertise in skills and talent management.
The “SkillHUB” works like a data hub that records employees’ skills in all relevant systems and thus makes them accessible. This makes it clear to employees which skills are required for the next career step. It also provides a clearer picture of which skills are available in the company.
